Currently, if a user enters an incorrect activation code, the app responds with a generic message: 'An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.' This response lacks specificity and can lead to user frustration, as it does not clearly indicate the nature of the error. To improve this, we are updating the system to provide more informative feedback. When a user enters an incorrect activation code, the app will now display a message such as 'The activation code entered is incorrect. Please check the code and try again.' This change aims to guide users more effectively, reducing confusion and enhancing the overall activation experience. By providing clear and actionable feedback, we hope to streamline the user journey and improve satisfaction.
